Warranty Policy Returns Policy

Auction4it.com is committed to providing exceptional customer service. ALL of our refurbished and end-of-line products are thoroughly tested and carefully packed before shipping. Most of our products are covered under a warranty. The warranty service and period varies by manufacturer and product. Our warranted products are warranted either by a manufacturer's warranty or auction4it.com's warranty. You will find the applicable warranty on the respective product information page. Please note that some products are not covered under any warranty. Please refer to the Product Descriptions page for details.

Warranty Policy

Products without a manufacturer's warranty purchased from auction4it.com are at minimum warranted against defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Auction4it.com will gladly exchange or refund your defective product if no replacement exists.

Manufacturer warranties apply from the date of purchase. For assistance, please contact the manufacturer or warranty provider. Terms of warranty may vary. In our experience, many problems can be resolved with the assistance and technical expertise of the manufacturer.

For auction4it.com warranted products, please call us at (416) 754-0222 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the products. You must include your Name, Invoice #, and a detailed explanation in your request or you will not be issued an RMA #. All products returned to auction4it.com must be accompanied with a RMA # issued by auction4it.com. The RMA is valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call us at (416) 754-0222.

Auction4it.com will gladly exchange any defective or damaged product for an identical product. If an identical product is not available, auction4it.com will refund the purchase price. Defective or damaged returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase along with the RMA number. A 15% processing fee will be levied if you want a refund instead of a replacement within this time frame.

Pickup Customers, please note that if you plan to return an item for any reason (you require a RMA #), your RMA will processed in sequence with other Auction4it RMA's. Under no circumstances will your RMA's be tested/processed on the spot for any dropped-off RMA's.

All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Returns that do not include all the accessories may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis. No exchanges or refunds will be authorized for any packages returned without an RMA number from auction4it.com. All returns will be processed after they arrive in our warehouse and will be fully inspected before an exchange or refund is issued.

THIS DISCLAIMER INCLUDES ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING YEAR 2000 ISSUES OR COMPLIANCE AND AUCTION4IT.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITIY REGARDING WHETHER ANY OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD BY AUCTION4IT.COM ARE YEAR 2000 COMPLIANT. YEAR 2000 REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, IF ANY, MAY BE AVAILABLE DIRECTLY FROM THE THIRD PARTY MANUFACTURER OF CERTAIN PRODUCTS.

Returns Policy

*If you are for any reason not 100% satisfied with your product(s) from auction4it.com within the first 30 days of invoicing, you may return the product in its original packaging for a refund less a 15% processing fee. Shipping & Handling Fees are Non-Refundable. This does not apply to Refurbished-Missing Parts, Refurbished-Damaged and Refurbished-Defective products. Please refer to the Product Descriptions page for details.

We apologize that we can not provide refunds for opened non-defective Personal Care Products, Software, CDs, Cassettes, Books, DVDs, Videos, or Games.
