| Warranty and Returns Policy |

| Auction4it keeps track of all unsuccessful bids. If a problem occurs with a winning bid or a winning bidder loses a bid to keep together multiple quantities thus releasing multiple quantities in an open auction,
Auction4it may reinstate your currently unsuccessful bid to winning status at your last bid price, prior to auction closing. |

All successful bids are payable on demand in Canadian dollars on a Canadian VISA, Canadian MasterCard or Canadian American Express credit card. Auction4it.com charges GST/HST on all products sold nation-wide while provincial sales tax varies dependant on the shipping address.
